Privacy Policy
What data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
In plain terms: this website uses no cookies, has no tracking of any kind and does not record your browsing. The only point at which you provide personal details is the contact form — and you provide them yourself, when you choose to.

What we collect

We do not collect data directly from children. The form is completed by a parent or guardian; the child's age is requested only as a range, so that we know what to suggest.
Legal basis
We process the form data on the basis of your consent and in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Server logs rely on our legitimate interest in operating the site securely (Article 6(1)(f)).
Cookies
This website sets no cookies — neither its own nor third-party ones. We use no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel and no other analytics or advertising tracker.
A single technical flag is stored in your browser's local storage
(localStorage), so that we remember you have seen the privacy notice and do not
show it again. That flag never leaves your device and tells us nothing about you. You can
remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

How long we keep it
We keep form messages for as long as we need them to answer and handle your enquiry. If no working relationship follows, we delete them at the latest within two years of the last contact. If a relationship does follow, the periods required by tax and other legislation apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, and rights of rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise any of these, write to hello@projectmath.gr. We reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr), 1-3 Kifissias Ave., 115 23 Athens, Greece.
Security
The website runs exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form data is transmitted encrypted and is not stored in any website database — it goes straight to our inbox.
Changes to this policy
If anything material changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
